Mr Brodbelt is Chairman of the Merseyside and Cheshire Brain Tumour Cancer Quality Group and an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Liverpool. He is interested in improving patient pathways, and the patient journey.

Research Interests

His brain tumour research interests include novel treatments including tumour treating fields, national epidemiology of patients with brain tumours, and long term survivors in patients with Glioblastoma. In syringomyelia, he is interested in the pathophysiology and biomechanical mechanisms that cause a syrinx.
