Dr Elaine Anderson is a Consultant Anaesthetist at The Walton Centre, specialising in Neuroanaesthesia and Neuro Critical Care.

Mr Prokopis Annis is a fellowship trained Orthopaedic spinal surgeon. He joined The Walton Centre in 2022 after seven years at The Royal Liverpool University Hospital.

Mr Andrew Brodbelt graduated from Liverpool Medical School before doing his basic surgical training in Merseyside and Manchester, and neurosurgical training at The Walton Centre. He did his PhD at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. 

Mr Neil Buxton is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre.

Since being appointed as a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre in 2017, Mr Carleton-Bland has run a full time clinical practice alongside an educationalist practice in undergraduate and post-graduate settings. He is a human factors trainer, he has won a national teaching award from Association for Perioperative Practice and won the postgraduate ‘Excellence in Education’ award 2020 from the North West School of Surgery.  

Mr David Carter is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre, specialising in spinal surgery.

Mr Emmanuel Chavredakis is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre

Miss Catherine Gilkes is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre.

Dr Sapna Girdharilal is a Consultant Anaesthetist at The Walton Centre.

Dr Susan Griffiths is a Consultant Anaesthetist at The Walton Centre.

Professor Jenkinson sub-specialises in neurosurgical oncology for intrinsic brain tumours including awake craniotomy and intra-operative brain mapping for low grade glioma, midline and endoscopic approaches to intraventricular and deep intrinsic tumours, and stereotactic radiosurgery. 

Mr David Lawson is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre. He neurosurgically trained in north London, including subspecialty fellowships in skull base and vascular. 

Miss Maggie Lee is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre. She was previously a consultant in complex spinal surgery in Manchester and is currently an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Liverpool.

Miss Catherine McMahon is a Consultant Neurosurgeon and Clinical Lead for Trauma and Hydrocephalus at The Walton Centre in Liverpool. She is a general neurosurgeon with a particular interest in hydrocephalus, trauma and cranial reconstruction.

Dr Vijayam Priya Nair is a Consultant Anaesthetist at The Walton Centre.

Miss Jill Nicholson is a Consultant Anaesthetist at The Walton Centre.

Mrs Deepti Odak is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre.

Mr Farouk Olubajo is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre.

Mr Jibril Osman Farah is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre.

Mr Narendra Rath was awarded certification in Trauma and Orthopaedics from a specialist training programme in United Kingdom. His initial spinal surgery training was at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff and was followed by higher training at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, Oswestry. Mr Rath was granted a Master’s Degree in Trauma Surgery and is academically. He specialises in Endoscopic (Keyhole) Spinal Surgery.

Mr Zaid Sarsam is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre.

Dr Rajesha Srinivasaiah has been working at The Walton Centre since 2010 and is currently a Consultant Anaesthetist.
