Dr Ged Smith
About Ged Smith
Following undergraduate training at the University of Liverpool, and Foundation training at Wirral Hospital, Dr Ged Smith undertook anaesthetic training within the Cheshire and Mersey region. Despite undertaking advanced training in neuro-anaesthesia and neuro-critical care, Dr Smith strives to maintain as broad a range of practice as possible for the benefit of patients at The Walton Centre.
As well as working at The Walton Centre, Dr Smith undertakes sessions in the neighbouring Aintree site of Liverpool University Hospitals. This enables him to maintain his breadth of practice as well as providing patients with cranial and spinal trauma with close links with the general and orthopaedic services near by.
