We would like to remind you that the restrictions currently in place across the NHS will remain for the foreseeable future. This includes limitations on visiting patients, and infection control measures such as wearing face masks, temperature checks and maintaining social distancing when at our hospital.

  • Pain Management Programme

    The Walton Centre offers a variety of pain management programmes tailored to individual needs

  • Pain Medicine

    Everyone has experienced pain, we associate it with damage to our body, expect it to get better once healing has occurred. 

  • Palliative Care Pain

    The Walton Centre Pain Service works closely with the Department of Palliative Medicine at the Woodland’s Hospice, on the same hospital site, to treat patients with severe cancer related pain

  • Parkinson's Disease Nurse Specialists

    Providing specialist advice, support and education for patients, and their carers, who have Parkinson’s disease and related disorders

  • Patient and Family Experience Team

    The Patient & Family Experience Team provides a confidential support and advice service to patients and their families

  • Physiotherapy Botulinum Toxin Service

    This service is provided by clinical specialist physiotherapists who administer botulinum toxin injections to patients with spasticity and dystonia

  • Pre-Operative Assessment Team

    The purpose of pre-operative assessment is to determine patient fitness for anaesthesia and surgery, and to optimise patients prior to elective surgery
