Visiting is once again welcomed at The Walton Centre. So that we can safely reintroduce visiting, visits should be pre-booked with an allocated appointment slot.

General safety measures remain in place at The Walton Centre - and in our other clinic settings within the community – until further notice. 

Complaints and right of appeal

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your request or with the way The Walton Centre has handled your request, you can seek to resolve this through the complaints or appeals process. Any complaints or requests for appeals should be directed in the first instance to the Freedom of Information Officer.
