Developing and delivering our strategy

In developing this strategy over the past 12 months we have spent time asking our staff, patients, members and stakeholders what they wanted to see in a strategy.

We spoke to over 200 people and a further 120 responded to a survey about our planned priorities.  We undertook strategy sessions with the Board of Directors developing the vision and direction for the Trust over the next three years and agreeing the strategic objectives based on the feedback received through our engagement programme.

On launch this document and an abridged summary leaflet were shared with stakeholders alongside an internal launch with staff through a series of events.
