About Neil Buxton

Mr Neil Buxton is a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre. He specialises in the treatment of congenital spine, hydrocephalus, Chiari malformation, syringomyelia, complex CSF disorders, and complex spine treatment. 

He trained at the University of Leeds Medical School, before doing basic surgical training in Stoke-on-Trent. He was a Registrar in Neurosurgery at Nottingham before becoming a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre in 2001.
