The Board of Directors is accountable for setting strategic direction and monitoring performance against agreed objectives. We take our accountability seriously and recognise the importance of responsible, accountable, open and effective governance. Meeting of the public Board meetings, Council of Governor meetings and the Annual Members' Meetings are held in public.
