Mr Giannis Sokratous

Mr Giannis Sokratous is a Consultant Neurosurgeon and Lead for Neurovascular Surgery at The Walton Centre, with subspecialist interests in complex vascular and skull base neurosurgery. He completed his neurosurgical training within the Merseyside rotation, gaining broad experience across cranial, spinal and paediatric neurosurgery, before progressing to dual post-CCT fellowship training. He undertook a Skull Base Fellowship at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, followed by a Neurovascular Fellowship at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge. Mr Sokratous has been a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Walton Centre since August 2025.
