About Robert Martyn Bracewell

Dr Martyn Bracewell read Medicine at Oxford (Open Exhibition, Magdalen) before doing his PhD in Brain and Cognitive Sciences at MIT, Boston.

He also carried out postgraduate medical and neurological training at Oxford, the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, London, and Birmingham where he was University Lecturer in Neurology. He was appointed to a Senior Lecturer/Consultant Neurologist post in 2003 and carries out clinical work at The Walton Centre, Noble’s Hospital and North Wales Brain Injury Service as well as academic duties for Bangor, Cardiff and Liverpool Universities.
