The Walton Centre uses DrDoctor for virtual consultations. Previously, we used Attend Anywhere.

DrDoctor offers a full patient‑engagement platform, providing appointment information, messaging, reminders, and video consultations all within one system. It delivers a more user-friendly interface and is designed to improve secondary‑care productivity, reduce delays, and support smoother workflows.

If you are scheduled to have your appointment in this way, you will receive a secure link to the video consultation by text or email shortly before the appointment and join by clicking that link.
