Referrals for inpatient Cheshire and Merseyside Rehabilitation Network can be done through Patient Pass as of Wednesday 7 October 2026 at 8.30am. 

How do I create an account?

You can create your Patient Pass account to send a referral to The Walton Centre, by following this link:
