Outpatients Department - Improvement works

 

On your next visit to The Walton Centre, you may notice some minor building works in main reception. This is part of some work to transform unused offices into a rest area for staff, as well as a new patient experience hub.

In coming months, we will be extending these works into the Outpatients Department in the main building.

The proposed changes will create a more functional and flexible outpatient environment, increased capacity for virtual consultations, and improve accessibility, creating a more supportive and inclusive environment that enables staff to deliver the highest standards of care while providing patients with a more dignified and positive experience.

It is important to note that there will be no disruption to your appointment in Outpatients, so please attend as planned.
